Advanced Capital (AvCap) is a group of veteran real estate professionals whose focus is on the discounted purchase and ultimate reinstatement and/or satisfaction of defaulted or underperforming valid first and second mortgage
liens.

AvCap specializes in the discounted purchase of distressed mortgage debt. AvCap's proven methodology combined with years of experience and sheer tenacity serve to provide our investors with above average returns.

AvCap was founded by Mr. Keith Fleischer, a Florida licensed real estate broker and mortgage originator and Mr. Richard Meyer, an eleven-year veteran of the distressed debt industry, who has more than twenty years experience in real estate, foreclosures and the legal collection of debt. In these combined capacities, Mr. Fleischer and Mr. Meyer have participated in thousands of real estate transactions.
