Safety
All notes are fully collateralized by the mortgage on a specific
parcel of real estate. Loans rarely exceed 75% of the fair market
value of the financed property, thereby insuring the safety of your
investment.
Return
On comparison with other short term, fully-secured investments,
the returns are very attractive. Currently our notes are yielding
much higher rates of return than investments of similar maturity
without our attractive collateral backing.
Income
Investors receive secured interest income on their investments.
Interest income can be periodic, or in a lump sum at the end of
the loan term. Return of the initial capital/principal is realized
when the financed property is closed.
Maturity and
Re-Investment
On the average, the purchased notes are reinstated or satisfied
within six months. These early payoffs result in an early return
of capital. Due to the volume of potential investments, you are
encouraged to allow AvCap to roll your investment into
another secured investment property.
