AvCap chooses investment opportunities based on the strength of the collateral as well real estate market conditions in any given city and state. Our management philosophy dictates that we employ a rigorous process, "due diligence", based on our many years of experience to carefully scrutinize each potential investment.

How we do it

AvCap specializes in assisting borrowers who fall behind on their mortgage obligations. Our loan councilors help them become current while enabling AvCap and our investors to be comfortably secure in our investment in the
