The KEY Project
Our purpose is to allow end-to-end initiatives tied to business objectives. We aim to build a collaborative environment to enable co-creation where users are empowered to drive innovation and control data. Not only can users make KEY operational, tactical, and strategic decisions but they also can create autonomous and self-healing supply chains.

Combining the different KEYs results, we obtain better visibility of a company's management capabilities. This bottom-up approach provides powerful knowledge with prescriptive analytics to manage resources and mitigate risks at the company level and further for the broader supply chain.
Our ultimate goal is to become a market leader in supply chain management and governance by cultivating a community of users who actively contribute to improving the KEY ecosystem. We see the route to this goal achieved by the following methods:
- Clients from different stages of a supply chain using our solutions resulting in streamlined interactions (i.e. A manufacturer and a Distributor)
- Users can plug & play their algorithms with customised features
- Emergence of several marketplaces
- Third-party oversight - The likes of regulators, auditors, and other third parties will be able to rely on data collected via our platform to benchmark and further check & validate their client's activity
