After 1 year of market making on future options at SocGen in Antoine Paille's team, Eric spent 5 years at Murex first developing software in Paris then doing some consulting in New York City. Eric resumed trading as credit derivatives trader in 1997 in Société Générale in Paris. Four years later, he joined BNP Paribas in London as head of exotic credit derivatives trader and was quickly promoted to Global head of credit derivatives exotic trading and head of European credit structuring. He was rewarded with Cedric Jeanson for the year 2004 best in house system for the implementation of the electronic trading platform CredIM. Eric Lepage was hired by Calyon London office as Managing Director in May 2005 to take the role of initially (i) Global head of structured credit trading and research, then (ii) Global head of credit trading & research; Calyon was rewarded with the ISR award of Best European CDO arranger of the year in 2006, he worked there for 3 years. His last trading experience consisted in the launch with Farid Amellal of the Bluecrest Multi-Strategy Credit hedge fund in November 2007, The fund was a nominee for the EuroHedge best credit hedge fund 2008 award. For personal reasons Eric resigned from his role at Bluecrest and left London in August 2009. He is graduated from ENSM Paris in 1991.
